You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “So glad we found One Hour. We had to replace 2 main AC units. The 1st (on the right) was in August. A basic 2.5 ton unit with a $3k install. We got the new unit on the right from One Hour for the same price. It is a 3 ton, its more efficient, has a smaller footprint and is noticeably quieter. With One Hour there were no extras. One Hour included EVERYTHING, new thermostats, new ducting and they finished the ceiling opening. Communition was great, the crew was prompt and we couldn't be happier.
