You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “I just wanna say this company is as good as your gonna get, coming from a over particular perfectionist. After a pricing mishap the owner honored the service and kept the price that was originally quoted Corey and his worker did an outstanding job on my 2 units stayed til 8 pm until all work was done and re checked. Very thorough explanations about the work, didn't once try to over sell me something I didn't need. The young lady who took the call from the beginning was very polite and friendly and that goes a long way in customer service. If there was a higher rating the 5 star this company deserves it.”

“We had Isaiah come out for a AC check up and he was on time and very professional. He cleaned the coil and checked the whole unit and told us it was in fine working.
