Fawad Let me know that he was 30 to 45 minutes out from coming to my house and arrived promptly. He was very courteous, respectful and professional. He was very efficient in diagnosing what was wrong and displayed expertise in taking care of my problem. This is an honest, five star review and I will certainly keep one hour Air Conditioning in my contacts going forward.”

“Amber Balance (working with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning) was knowledgeable, quick and accurate in identifying the problem over the phone even before she worked us in at the end of a long day! She immediately climbed into our extremely hot attic to check for further leaks, then went outside to check whether water was draining properly. She resolved the blockage and our family can come home & sleep in their rooms tonight! “Trey is very professional and explained everything l needed to know about My current situation without air conditioning during this heat wave. He got Me an appointment set up to get My townhouse measured for a new heating and cooling system. He explained the service club membership that l applied for. I don't hear well and Trey was very patient with Me. I believe Trey is an excellent asset to One Hour. Roger Jones was at My home today (6/30) and took the time to explain different options for My heating and cooling system. He was a pleasure to work with on this project. I highly recommend Roger. On a scale of 1to 10 He's an 11! Robert and his co worked did a great job installing My new HVAC. They both were neat and professional. Robert put down a protective covering on My floors to keep them clean. Any questions l had were answered. Great service from both of them. You have some very good worker's at One Hour. Jordan Schmitt is Very professional and consulted with the city inspector to come up with a solution.”

“We have a biannual maintenance plan with One Hour for our heating and cooling system to keep everything running smoothly. We’ve been on the plan for just about 2 years now and we’ve been happy with the service. It gives us peace of mind to have a pro check things out every 6 months so we can hopefully avoid an unexpected and expensive issue down the line. John visited us today and made sure our system was functioning properly. He did a great job with cleaning the parts that needed to be cleaned and the overall maintenance. We’re all set for another 6 months worry free!”
