“Very impressed with their customer service and A/C servicing. I intended to sign up for their service contract, but had problems before I could sign up. I called at 2:30 pm and it took 20 minutes to enroll me in the program. They scheduled an apt. for 6:00 to 8:00 pm the same day, Friday evening, and I received a text at 5:00 saying the technician was on his way. I can’t say enough good things about his manners and knowledge. He performed a routine maintenance to fix the problem & was finished by 6:45. Not feeling sad about leaving my former A/C company who wouldn’t schedule an appointment without putting a $199 service call on my credit card. High praise for this company.”

“Our AC went out at 5 pm on a Tuesday. We called One Hour, and had an excellent experience. The customer service representative who took the call was gracious and helpful. We had Corey as our technician, who gave us a heads up before he arrived, was consummately professional and most importantly, fixed the problem in about 15 minutes flat. He took photos of the issue to show us what he was going to repair and took care of the work with no upselling. He was great with our dogs too :) The price of service was reasonable, particularly in light of the emergency nature of the service. We will definitely be using this company again.”
