“I recently had to replace HVAC and furnace. Scotty has been my go to person for many years. Always polite and cheerful. He informed me it was time to get the units replaced. I had been dragging my feet for a while. I took the plunge and had both units replaced. The two guys (Nick was one. Unfortunately I did not get the other person's name.) They arrived about 10:00 AM and never stopped until after 5:00PM. Did not take any breaks, just kept their heads down and worked hard. Very cordial and happy folks. Explained everything they were doing. Thank you.”

Their technician, Justin Smith, took only a few minutes to figure out that we had blown a capacitor. After installing a new one, our air was working again in no time at all. We were so impressed that we signed up for their maintenance plan too. Twice a year, One Hour Heating & Air will send out a technician to make sure our HVAC system is working optimally and the price is more than reasonable. It was truly a no brainer.
