“Aaron Anderson came back out, after another tech completed a furnace service and our system unexpectedly lost power to the attic circuit. He quickly diagnosed that a wire had inadvertently shorted, restored power, and thoroughly tested both the heat and air conditioning before leaving to make sure everything was working properly.
Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the visit, especially given that we were not home when he arrived. We truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to address the issue on Christmas Eve. Excellent service and follow-through.”

“My AC system wasn’t cooling so I called One Hour Heating & AC. They sent Johnny R. out this morning and he confirmed what I pretty much already suspected, it was done. My system is 22 years old so it was no real surprise. What did surprise me is the time and effort Johnny R spent making sure that was indeed the case. He didn’t just automatically say that I needed a new system, he checked everything. I was also surprised at how reasonable the price was, much lower than I expected. I was also shocked at how fast they could replace it, they will be here tomorrow. I am very pleased with the service I received from One Hour Heating & AC and especially the service I got from Johnny R.”
