They let me know exactly when the technicians would arrive and sent a tracking link via text so I could follow their location. Johnny and Richard came to my home — polite, respectful, and very professional. They explained every step of what they were doing, reviewed expected measurements versus what they found in my unit, and thoroughly inspected both inside and outside. We are so thrilled with the service we received from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. We called late night because our air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air and they were able to have technicians at our door first thing. They were able to diagnose the issue and fixed it really quickly and was beyond reasonable as far as cost goes. Johnny R. And Mukeya were really friendly and knowledgeable and made great recommendations based off of our needs! They were also so kind to all 4 of our crazy dogs which was incredible.
