“WOW! What just happened ? Tuesday I had an appointment with One Hour Air. After his survey, the Technician explained how my unit was pretty much at the end of it's life. I was told that back in March that I was going to have to make a decision. So,I was expecting it. He verbally walked me through what was next. So, I agreed and was totally Blown away when he told me he could arrange a team to come the very next day. Sure enough, right after 9 am they,were here and worked feverlouslyfor the next 5 -6 hours. Greg and his helpers, Orian and Kobe, got it all done, clean and working by the end of the afternoon. All I could say at the time was WOW! Funny, at the time , I was at a loss for words. What a Great Job? I want to thank Team Leader Greg and Orian and Kobe for a Most Excellant Job Wrll done. It's Guys like this that bring Pride to their Company. All else I can say is WOW!”

“Today Greg and Cody installed a new a/c unit for me. Greg noticed a fitting wasn’t right so he informed me office. Then on his own time drove to north port to get proper part and install. They were very knowledgeable how to operate and pair my phone to thermostat. Mathew was once my tech now he was my sales person who takes care of all operations. Glad I chose one hour air to rely on”
