From the moment he greeted us, Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Although I was out of town at the time, Matthew made sure I was kept fully in the loop. He called me directly, clearly explained the issue, the necessary fixes, and even took the time to send detailed photos/video of the work he was doing. His communication was top-notch, and his ability to explain the importance and function of each component was impressive. It truly made a difference. Not only did Matthew quickly diagnose and address the issue, but before leaving, he also took the time to patiently explain everything to both my daughter and son, making sure they understood the system and what had been done. Later that day, we had a hiccup with the thermostat. Without hesitation, I called Matthew—and to my surprise (and relief), he picked up right away. He was already troubleshooting the issue as we were speaking and even went out of his way to return and ensure the system was functioning perfectly. However Matthew discovered a potential issue with our compressor. Instead of pressuring us, he offered honest insight, laid out our options, and left us feeling confident and informed. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a lasting impression. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he did, and that level of commitment is rare. “Tyler came on Thursday and noticed mold inside the AC unit. Since I rent the place and could not approve the repairs he contacted the owner and very rapidly came back on Monday to install the device to get rid of the mold and keep the air safe.
