$240 annually or $20.00/month

10% off repairs
10% off any indoor IAQ products
5% off HVAC equipment & ductwork
Priority scheduling on all appointments
Two annual maintenance visits
- Clean outdoor condenser unit
- Check all air filters
- Check refrigerant level
- Check airflow
- Check operation of thermostat and change batteries if needed
- Check all components of air handler and condenser and make sure all working within spec
- Check condensate drain line for blockage
- Up to two UV bulbs replacement (if due within 90 days, customer must purchase bulbs)

“Greg is amazing. We’ve been out of AC for over a week as it was believed there was an issue with a part on our unit due to a leak. Greg came to the house today unexpectedly to drop off a portable unit to use in the meantime. While he was here he took a look at the unit and was able to fix the leak - we now have working AC!! He was able to fix what other technicians weren’t. Greg is awesome and we can’t thank him enough!! He was very nice, very professional, and went above and beyond for us.”
