“We have been customers of One Hour Air for years. The company has been through some changes. Despite those changes in ownership we have found that their technicians are consistently friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and do follow up. During our most recent visit we had to replace the unit. Sheldon was so helpful and patient as he explained the pros and cons of our options and they were here doing the work just a couple of days later. The team was efficient and cleaned up well after each day of work. On the last day, Andrew and Carlos completed checking the ductwork, replacing the vents, and installing the insulation we'd also requested. What impressed most is, although it was late in the day, they took the time to walk us through the system, answer our questions, and make some little adjustments here and there that we requested for presentation's sake. We appreciate Sheldon who took the time to follow up the next week to check the work, answer some more of our questions, and update us on the status of our air filters.
As a whole, technicians communicate very well from their anticipated arrival time, to the actual work, then the debrief of what was done. We have found that they work to standard despite the time. For customers who are more computer savvy, they are increasing their use of electronic contracts to include a virtual notary, same-day approval for loans (with decent rates), and the permitting of the work. My only recommendation to the company is to keep in mind that not everyone is technologically savvy and it may be helpful to have administrative staff available to provide guidance. Also, keep in mind that in these times of e-mail and telephone scams it would be very helpful to know to expect e-mails and what to expect of the links. Overall, we have been customers of One-Hour Air for years and expect to continue with them. We really appreciate the team and feel so much better about the air quality in our home. :)”

“Called a few months ago and they sent a guy named travis.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Travis.. all he will do is Bang and hit your furnace then proceed to tell you oh well you're going to need a whole new furnace. While he's being rude as can be for no reason. Will compare his living to your living.. but he put a part on it made it work for the time being didn't put none of the panels back on or anything.. few months go by and the furnace is now blowing cold air. So we gave them another chance. They just sent a guy named Cory over and it took him 5 minutes to figure out was wrong . Ordered the part the next day and a guy named marquis came and put it on cleaned up everything . I just wanted to thank them for helping me out when Travis tried to make a dollar out of me. If they try to send you a guy named Travis just send him back where he came from.. I recommend Cory . Thank you sir”

“Joshua is a great man! He came to my house when he said he would and diagnosed and repaired my system. He didn't try and just sell me on getting a new system. He educated me on what my system is and advised me on what I'd be looking for in the future if I decided on a new system. I really appreciate that he took his time and made sure that my heat was working with the on coming cold front we got rolling in. I feel blessed to have met him, he is a great man! “They were very prompt in replying back and were willing to come out the next day after the snow and bad weather and troubleshoot my heating system that had stopped working. Noah the technician was very knowledgeable and made sure all was working appropriately before he left. Which was like 4 hrs later.
