We made an appt. to check our AC system and Devon came promptly and went over everything thoroughly. He showed us the problem areas with rust and broken parts and suggested that we get an estimate on available options whether to repair or replace our system. Scott, the sales manager, arrived soon and did not try to convince us to buy anything extra but we asked for the full line of options since our furnace is not new and may need repair soon too. We felt that we received a great price to replace our whole HVAC system and have it under warranty for as long as we plan to live in our house. The expert team of Shawn, Anthony, Jason, and Mark were available the next day to remove the old furnace and completely install our new system. They carefully laid down floor coverings and worked most of the day to get everything installed and working, including a new programmable thermostat and 2 carbon monoxide alarms for the house. Now we are set for hot and cold weather! We are very pleased with the company and the service that they provide. Top job!!”
