“One Hour Air has taken great care of us. We got a new AC from them almost 2 years ago and have had regular maintenance check ups with them since then. They are good communicators and are reasonably priced. I always feel listened to and helped when I call them, too. Most recently technician Trevor came to do the maintenance check and also fixed our heat, which was great. He gave recommendations for other upgrades we could do to our system but was not pushy about upselling. All their technicians wear shoe covers when entering the house and have been very polite and courteous.”

“Kudos to Nick, who not only found my coolant leak but also discovered that my system is running very high pressures, most likely due to my ducts possibly being too small for the newer, larger unit. That may be why, at least in part, my previous unit failed. He's setting up solutions for both problems. That took terrific attention to detail and great detective work! Nick is a great representative of One Hour Air and is welcome back as my tech anytime I have a problem. Super work Nick, thank you!”
