Adam was a trooper sweating in the rafters to figure out the prob with one of our two a/c units. Give this man a raise!!! Not only did he get it going cost effectively, he took a quick look at our other a/C unit to make sure all was well. We appreciate you taking the initiative and for getting the broken unit up and running again!!!

Technician Andy was World Class. He had awesome customer service, technical competence, and great execution with good communication skills. Not only did he solve my issues, Andy educated me and understood valve-added cost. Also, One Hour’s call operation and online experience were excellent. I highly recommend FL One Hour for your HVAC needs, so much so, I signed a routine maintenance agreement with them.

The technician showed up early in the time frame they gave us. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Replaced the part and I had my air up and running within an hour! So friendly and professional. Angus did an outstanding job! While I don’t want to have more service and repairs , this is one company I will look forward to dealing with and I sure hope my repairman is Angus! And the cost was extremely reasonable!
