"A five-star experience with One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating! The technician, Scott Beverly, came to install our new "Smart Thermostat". Scott patiently walked me through the set-up process on my phone and consulted with me about the best locations for the remote devices. Scott answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable using the system before he left. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. I would heartily recommend One-Hour Air Conditioning and Heating!"

"Excellent experience. Initial technician Zach came out late Friday night to diagnose the problem. He didn’t have the right parts but Tyus came out Sunday and got our AC up and running in 20 minutes. Very grateful for his skill and professionalism!"
