“Old furnace was acting up, I’m a tinkerer so I replaced a few components and the problem persisted. So, rather than burn down my house I called Mitchell’s. They had many available times for appointments online. But when I called they had one for the same day and time I needed!! Mike came out and went over everything I had my hands in and confirmed I didn’t mess anything up. He inspected the heat exchanger and measured for CO, everything was ok. He adjusted the limit switch and everything is now working great. I recommend giving these guys a call if you’re local to Lorain county and are in a pinch.”
