“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We bought a property in Euclid OH and we wanted to get the furnace maintenance. No issues with it but wanted to ensure it was working properly. We are from Southern CA so did some research of companies before calling. First - when you call to set an appointment - they’re so friendly. Professional. And they put a smile on your face. Next - on the day of the appt BLAKE arrived in the window of time I was given. Called me when he was 10 mins from the property. I thought the service would be a quick in and out. NOT AT ALL! Blake did a thorough inspection of the furnace. All aspects of it he said were fine. He took - I’d say - 40 mins or so. But well worth it. Thank you Blake for your thorough explanation. Then we got a call from Ana making us aware of the premium membership. I think that’s what it’s called. She explained what it was and the benefits. I didn’t sign up right away because I was meeting contractors at the property. But I saw the benefit of the membership that I plan on signing up.
