Eden was the employee that helped me and he was very professional and friendly! Would highly recommend this for any heater/ac problems.”

“I experienced an issue with my HVAC system last night contacted one hour air-conditioning and they were here right away. They did not try to rip me off like other companies have in town with ridiculous things. I don’t need. They told me my Freon was a little bit low and they offered to top it off and it was a good price highly recommend no issues.”

“One of my HVAC units started acting up. The fan would not stop, even when the thermostat was turned off. Siegert sent out a technician, Farshee (sp?), who spent time diagnosing the system, checking wiring and such and concluded that the blower needed replacing. He was very polite and knowledgeable. They ordered the part and another team installed it, both really nice guys. My AC and heater are now working like normal. I will call them again if something goes wrong.”

“I purchased a new HVAC unit for our home 2 years ago from a competitor and I've had humidity issues from the start. I called Justin with One Hour, he came out and evaluated the humidity in my home. He could have tried to sell me a whole home dehumidifier (I originally asked him to come out and price one out for me) but he was honest and told me I did not need it and offered a simple solution to fix my humidity issue!
