It met—and actually exceeded—all the expectations I had from what the plan promises. The technician, Matthew Carter, did an exceptionally thorough job. He took his time to inspect everything carefully and then walked me through the service call step by step. He shared clear pictures and detailed explanations of what he found, which really helped me understand the condition of my system and why certain things were recommended. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy upselling tactics—everything felt straightforward, honest, and focused on what was actually needed. Had a great inspection and visit from Patrick Callis. He was friendly and helped explained to my Dad and I how are AC System was working and made a few suggestions and recommendations about how we could prepare for the future in case something went wrong. I appreciate the friendliness and how there wasn't an aggressive push to spend money, but just warnings about the age of our system. Overall a great experience.
