“We noticed a moldy smell coming from our ducts when the air conditioning was running. Our system was about 15 years old and the ductwork was nearing 30. DJ Smith came out, punctually, and inspected our system. He provided us with a few different options to remedy our situation and gave us what could be expected with each option. Ultimately, we opted to replace the entire system, ductwork and mechanical. He and his team were back out the very next morning to begin work. James Pullen and another technician worked efficiently together and in 2 and a half days, they had our old system ripped out and replaced with new ductwork and mechanical components. They were on time, every time (which I was secretly hoping to explore the "always on time or you don't pay a dime" guarantee, but they did not fail in their promise). I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their HVAC repaired or replaced.”
