Membership Plan

$240 annually or $20.00/month

Reduced Trip Charge from $89 to $49
10% off repairs
10% off any indoor IAQ products
5% off HVAC equipment & ductwork
Priority scheduling on all appointments
Two annual maintenance visits
- Clean outdoor condenser unit
- Check all air filters
- Check refrigerant level
- Check airflow
- Check operation of thermostat and change batteries if needed
- Check all components of air handler and condenser and make sure all working within spec
- Check condensate drain line for blockage
- Up to two UV bulbs replacement (if due within 90 days, customer must purchase bulbs)

“I just had a inspection done on my furnace & ac unit...Jesse was my technician & he was VERY thorough. He checked my indoor unit & found some microbial growth installed a high end dual.uv light and I joined the maintenance plan so happy.....with Jesse and his work SO excited to get a duct cleaning tomorrow and Look forward to seeing Jesse on my upcoming maintance Jesse was VERY informative and answered ALL my questions.
