The 'One Hour' in our company name indicates our guarantee to be at your home in the predetermined window quoted when you set your appointment. If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. Emergency Appointment: This appointment is for an unspecified time after normal business hours Monday – Saturday and all day on Sundays/Holidays. “I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing last night and they sent Cristi out this morning to determine why I had water dripping under my kitchen sink. Cristi assessed the situation and found the problem right away. He immediately gave me the fix and cost. I asked him to look at a couple other things and he again gave me the fix and cost. I asked him to complete some of my issues and will plan another visit for the remainder. He also gave me my once a year plumbing inspection that I receive as part of my membership. As VP of Colorado Operations, Cory oversees One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Mister Sparky Electrical and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Loveland and Denver. While that’s a lot to do, he and his team are handling it all well – they’ve been honored with 2009 Franchise of the Year, 2010 Employer of Choice Award for Retail, and 2012 and 2014 Division of the Year awards.

Cory has been in the industry for 14 years and believes that the stability of the franchise and income potential are two good reasons for getting into skilled trades with the company. Cory is a California native who married his high school sweetheart and is raising his two children in Loveland.

Ashley Forgacs, based in Loveland, CO, started her career in personal training and retail management. Intrigued by the home services trades' relevance and demand, she joined One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Colorado as a Customer Service Representative in 2012. Now, as Operations Manager, Ashley is passionate about creating a strong company culture and providing development opportunities for employees at all levels.
