“I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing last night and they sent Cristi out this morning to determine why I had water dripping under my kitchen sink. Cristi assessed the situation and found the problem right away. He immediately gave me the fix and cost. I asked him to look at a couple other things and he again gave me the fix and cost. I asked him to complete some of my issues and will plan another visit for the remainder. He also gave me my once a year plumbing inspection that I receive as part of my membership. Cristi has been at my home before and he is very knowledgeable and he gets right to the point but is very friendly. He is kind, quiet and confident. Thanks, Cristi!”
