They have been amazing. 2 years ago they put in a new furnace for me. There techs where excellent and so friendly. Willing to answer all my questions. This year my furnace stoped working. Called them and joseph came out that same day, looked at my furance and figured out the problem. He orders the part and today put the new part in. Also patched a hole around the vent in my roof and got everything covered under warranty. I would definitely recommend one hour.

Victor and Ky were great. They were able to complete our furnace replacement in one day even with having to drill into brick. Ky provided a thorough walk through once the job was complete. I’m very happy we have the maintenance plan with One Hour, it has easily paid for itself. Side note: had to get new water heater too and Ben Franklin (partner plumbing company) was able to replace that same day, which saved me from having to work from home another day.
