“Hottest week of the year and my daughter’s AC went out. This was the first company I called (based upon reviews). I actually got a real person to answer the phone, Kevin, and he was courteous and knowledgeable. He offered me almost immediate service call times but due to kids summer camp pickup we had to push to today. I received several communications via text on when to expect the tech, Sonny, and he was on time as expected.
