Hottest week of the year and my daughter’s AC went out. This was the first company I called (based upon reviews). I actually got a real person to answer the phone, Kevin, and he was courteous and knowledgeable. He offered me almost immediate service call times but due to kids summer camp pickup we had to push to today. I received several communications via text on when to expect the tech, Sonny, and he was on time as expected. This was an amazing experience, start to finish and if I’m ever in need of AC repair again, One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Edmond is who I will call.

Sonny with one hour heat and air did a great job. Diagnosed the system quickly and kept me informed the whole time. Once it was diagnosed he quickly got it repaired and had the air running again. Will definitely call again if we have any other issues.
