A Message from the Owner

I am Bill Wykle, the owner of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in Elk Grove Village, IL. Growing up I can remember the stories my grandfather would tell me about his time serving in WWII. The stories were difficult to hear sometimes, but what truly stuck with me was how proud he was of being a part of the US Armed Forces. There is nothing quite like the attitude and dedication these men and women have for our country. They dedicate their lives to keeping us and our loved ones safe. They are the true essence of a HERO!

Many members of our team and clients have served or are currently serving in the US Armed Forces. We believe that these men and women deserve not only our respect, but a deep debt of gratitude for what they do each and every day to allow us to live our lives so freely.

These brave men and women are truly our HEROES and we need to thank them in any way we can.

“Our furnace stopped putting out heat the second or third time we fired it up for the cold season. Upon calling one hour heating and air, the person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant and easy to talk to and gave clear and concise options and was able to schedule the same day, and then reschedule the next day when the same day wouldn't work for us. The next day, which happened to be a Sunday, I got the call at 7:35 a.m. saying our technician would be here at 8. Jeff came promptly at 8 and quickly diagnosed our furnace and had the replacement part on the truck. He was very courteous and respectful and had our furnace up and running by 8:40. Unexpected costs are never wanted, but when it happens, one hour heating and air is definitely the first call to make us those costs are HVAC related.”
