“Our furnace stopped putting out heat the second or third time we fired it up for the cold season. Upon calling one hour heating and air, the person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant and easy to talk to and gave clear and concise options and was able to schedule the same day, and then reschedule the next day when the same day wouldn't work for us. The next day, which happened to be a Sunday, I got the call at 7:35 a.m. saying our technician would be here at 8. Jeff came promptly at 8 and quickly diagnosed our furnace and had the replacement part on the truck. He was very courteous and respectful and had our furnace up and running by 8:40. Unexpected costs are never wanted, but when it happens, one hour heating and air is definitely the first call to make us those costs are HVAC related.”

“Our heat exchanger went out just as the cold weather hit. One Hour located the repair part which was in short supply in a very short period of time and at a fair price, and kept us advised as the status of shipment.
