“Russell was very good. He diagnosed the problem, and effectively up-sold goods and services available. He gave me options for my situation, and was quite friendly and knowledgeable. I had not had my unit/ system maintained since installation, and had only necessary repairs done. He advised me off some of the problems that I had potential of degrading my system that I was doing. Boy did that coil section need cleaning BADLY. Simmons One Hour was able to get to my unit on the same day, the same morning(!) that I stopped by the office. Plus they offer military discount, even for retirees under their HEROES program. Another HVAC company in my hometown said it would be several days before they could get to it! I highly recommend him AND Simmons One Hour!”

“Nathan Brown came out to our home to check our system. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. He answered all of my questions, walked me through what caused the issue and what I could do in the future if it happened again, and walked me through the benefits of joining their member program. He confirmed his company did install our unit and system, we had a house fire and the construction company didn't let us know, and their unit has definitely been worth it. Would recommend them for replacement or just for service.”

“Colton was excellent! Professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained everything that was needed gave me recommendations and I will definitely request him when it's time to do the repairs. Will definitely recommend Simmons One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning the customer service seems to be on point. I would have gotten the repairs done this time but he didn't have one part and a little bit pricey right now for me so we'll have to wait till next time”
