"Ryan was very educational on telling me all about my unit. He showed me videos and they checked every little thing with their check list . Him and his partner got all the parts and fixed it for me. I would definitely use one hour again! And all the ladies in the office was nice on the phone and helped me get it fixed asap before this 80 degree weather. I appreciate the help!!!"

"I had a very good experience with Simmons, They were quick to appoint me with the right technician, CJ definitely went above and beyond with setting us up right with replacing our bad compressor before the hot weather arrives. Despite the troubles and hardships with day to day jobs and some manufacturer issues he troubleshooted the issues multiple times and resolved them while also educating our little one on HVAC functions."
