“My Kudos to One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. I've had Rocky Smith come out in the past and he did a fantastic job on my regular maintenance. Last Friday 2/27/26, James Laisure was the tech that came out. He did very thorough explanation of what he was going to do. After he did his inspection, he took pictures of the furnace and the concerns, again his explanations and pictures helped me understand what I needed to do for preventative maintenance, and what he needed to do to get me back in shape. Overall it was not a major event, but it was good to have a competent tech know what to do, and do it in a professional manner and the charge was not expensive. I would add, since we are on their heating and Air semi annual maintenance plan, it's easier to remember what I need to do to keep my unit in good order. My furnace and air compressor units are 5 years old. Thanks for having well trained courteous techs. Highly recommend the Fort Worth group.”

“Terry was great. He arrived on time, did a full assessment of my furnace like I requested, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t actually NEED. He even took the time to talk to me about the most basic repair options through the most elaborate and had a quote for each. He also had no issues with me running my options by my Dad on the phone. All within about an hour. I have a 26 year old furnace and had already expected the outcome of full replacement. I believe the price they gave me was fair compared to the rest of the market.”
