“Rocky was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. If I had a choice I’d have him come out every time. I started using 1 hour in 2024 when my ac went out and ended up get there membership because they arrive in a timely manner, are very professional and decently priced as far as I can tell. And it all seems worth it because we live in Texas and in the summer you can’t survive unless you have ac!”

“Awesome company! Danny came out at 9:30 pm to diag my ac unit and still had a great attitude after a long day. Zac, their comfort advisor was out the next day with some reasonable replacement options that we were able to come to an agreement on and scheduled the install for the next day, which Luis and crew came out and performed. Install was done very professional and timely. Excellent customer service with very thorough communication, One Hour Air is a company that I highly recommend!”
