Notti was wonderful and yaook the time to answer my questions and was knowledgeable. Thank you! Jaden did a great job as well with installation of tge new equipment. “I haven’t had my installation done yet, so I’ll be back with an update once it’s completed. However, my experiences with Luke, Devin, and Kevin were nothing less than top tier professionalism. They were all so kind, personable, helpful, and informative. I also spoke to Luke’s wife who also works there. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but she too was very kind, helpful, and professional. All of them really worked with me to find the best solution to my HVAC issues in as low of a cost as possible. I really appreciate how they showed that they care about their clients. I was also informed that One Hour Heating and Cooling really cares about their employees which makes them love the work that they do. They treat each other like family. When they employees love what they do, they take pride in their work. That is very rare in companies nowadays. Other companies could learn a thing or two from One Hour Heating and Cooling. 🙂 Update: Hello. I’m back with an update. It’s been a week since my HVAC installation. My technicians were Gabe and Bryan. They were awesome! My house finally feels comfortable after going years without an efficient HVAC system. Now I can sit in my house without feeling miserable. To top it off, Gabe was very helpful to me with setting up my new digital thermostat. He had the brightest smile too. The fact that he and Bryan were at my house, all day, working hard, his willingness to help me while maintaining a smile on his face was very impressive. P.S., on the day that Luke, Devin, and Kevin came, I didn’t realize it until after I made my original post, but one of those men moved my trash bin back to my backyard after the truck came for trash day. Idk which one did it but that was very sweet of them. Thank you so much, guys. I hope yall read this. You all are amazing. 😊”

“Adrian was great! Very quick and thorough install. He asked me alot of questions throughout the install about my preferences which was great. Like what way do I want my unit facing, what is my ideal humidity etc. It was amazing having ac again being able to sleep in my bed again.”

He arrived earlier than anticipated, took the time to explain what was going on, showed us where the issue was, how it works so we understood how to avoid future issues and was able to get us back up and running. Josh showed us how we could benefit from some optional items and explained how it would be beneficial for longevity of our unit... essentially explained the value of the price. Josh shared some company history with us and the community they have at One Hour that really made me appreciate this company that much more. Josh was very personable, and very tolerant of my 12 year old's endless questions and crazy dogs.”
