Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “We called One Hour at about 6-7 this morning after noticing that our ac wasn't cooling. Gary showed up shortly after noon today, quickly diagnosed the issue and had parts on the truck. He was super cool, and the work was done really quickly. He answered all the questions we had about caring for our system, its condition and about the work he was doing. Our system was cooling by just after 2 this afternoon. Absolutely no complaints, I'd be unreasonable to ask for more. If you see this owner guy, Gary deserves a raise! He's awesome!!! :D”
