You were on time very informative, explained the plan of action and got right to work. It was an all day job, with the installation of grams new furnace u ran into a bump in the road with the existing water heater, not only did you remove & reinstall that and I must say you perfected that as well. It was close to midnight to completion of the job. You & Jordan both made sure everything was working properly & cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Your management team needed to hear this over & over again !!! You are a team player . Ur mannerisms are a 10+!! My 98 yr young grams is going to be so very happy & safe & warm with her new gas furnace!!! “Deshaun Clark visited our house to do a service call and full system check up because things didn’t seem to be functioning properly with my system. Due to the thoroughness of the full system checkup it was quickly determined that the system was running properly and it was in fact my thermostat.
