    • Mr. Steve Simmons was the technician that performed the tune up on my furnace and air conditioning unit. Upon arrival he introduced himself, he came prepared with a face covering, gloves, and boot covering as well. Which was greatly appreciated during this time of COVID-19. I thought he was very courteous and appeared to be knowledgeable of his job. He also gave me a detailed report on the issues that he found and explained everything perfectly. So, I can’t say anything bad about the experience this year or any other year that I’ve dealt with One-Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Just continue what you’re doing!

    • Was very thorough and explained why I am having problems with AC in several rooms and showed me the remedy at a reasonable price. He listened to me and explained my new system thoroughly. The install crews were excellent. Went out of their way to make sure our new unit was working properly and we were familiar with the operating procedures. I highly recommend One Hour for your heating and air conditioning problems. I strongly recommend them.

    • They are great about setting and sticking to appointments. Everyone has been friendly and polite. They do quality work for a reasonable price.     • Mr. Miller was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and home requirements. He arrived on time and extremely detailed in his assessment of our home needs. Provided different options and explained in detail each option. He answered every question and concerns we had. Mr. Miller never tried push any products or services on us, he provided us with comprehensive information so we were able to make our decisions based on our needs.     • Baily was so amazing, he was super friendly (even though my 45 pound puppy kept jumping on him) and very knowledgeable about the system. He was at my house at 9pm and still made me feel like I was the first customer of the day. I am part of the One Hour club and it has saved me so much money I can't say good enough things about Baily or One Hour! Thank you for making me and my fur family comfortable in our home!

    • We really appreciate the picture of the technician who was coming to our home do the work. Austin, the technician arrived shortly after the text. He was very professional and respectful. After performing the work, he took the time to go over all aspects of the work, encouraging us to ask questions. I hope the next time our system needs servicing, we can request him. He’s a fine young man.

    • I am very pleased with my experience with One Hour. Clayton arrived at my house within 30 min of my call. He was very personable and professional. He sat down and explained what he was going to do before he started, and he made sure that I understood everything. He was respectful of my home and wore his shoe protectors and gloves indoors.     • Paul was great. It was nice having him out to check on our system. He was knowledgeable, personable, and easy to talk to about our heat pump issues. He provided lots of solutions and I'm happy I chose One Hour Heating. They sent the best guy.

      Update- I needed a new system and Chris came out to help. It was so easy and Chris was extremely helpful. We got a new system and the financing needed to install it and it's scheduled for install tomorrow. Very excited and happy to have such great people helping us out.

    • Highly recommend them! I have an AC/Heat Pump unit. I pay for annual maintenance. Chandler's team arrived on time and performed a 71-item maintenance inspection checklist. This included at no additional cost, removing guards and debris, checking the electronics and detergent washing and reassembling the outdoor unit. The inside unit received the same meticulous observation and care. Very courteous and always compulsively putting on shoe covers when coming inside. Part of the inspection included checking thermostat and unit's overall function and was all returned its original settings when complete.

    • I just wanted to take a minute to let you know I had technician Jay out to my home today and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I think it's important to recognize talent and good customer service, so maybe he should get Friday off with pay? or a raise? or a custom van with comfy seats and a mini-fridge? Anyway, I'm glad I called OneHour, they're awesome.

    • We just had technician Jack Holmes come service our system. He did an outstanding job. Very thorough, forthright, and clear in explaining what our system is doing well and what might be of concern in the future. He took pictures to show me components that I would not have been able to see otherwise. Great service!

    • Dalton was the one who helped me out when my ac went out! He was able to fix it in a timely manner. Which was definitely necessary because of how hot it was!!     • Today we got our AC replaced. Tony P and Andre A was very professional. they continued to inform us of what they were doing as they were going along. They worked fast and quiet. I was able to complete my work online as well as complete my homework assignment without the noise of construction. They let us know ahead of time that the house would get hot. I really enjoyed the service and we will be using them again.

    • Already thrilled with my results through the entire process from the initial technician jay coming out and fixing the problem the first time but giving me all the information on my system and that we will have to replace it(it froze back over within 24 hours so we absolutely had to get a new system as well as it is 13 yrs old). Michael came out the next morning to give an estimate, went over everything thoroughly. And today Mike and Darnell came to install. They were very professional and did not rush through the job. It is already cooled down in here and being 7 months pregnant with small children it is very much appreciated. Everyone I have encountered and spoken to on the phone has been great.

    • Excellent first time experience with One Hour. You hear a lot of advertising coming from them, but when two technicians named John and Brandon show up, you realize it’s true. Very professional, detail-oriented and full of knowledge. They took me through every step of my maintenance procedure. Granted my unit is 23 years old. They gave me an extremely detailed report for me to take to my home warranty service, as I probably will need a new system in the near future. Thanks One Hour for sending me two of your best

    • We called to schedule a maintenance visit on our AC unit installed by the company back in 2010. They were very responsive and accommodating to the schedule. The technicians promptly arrived within the first half-hour of the scheduled window between 3-7. Joe and Tyler were very thorough with cleaning out the unit grid. They both took the time to inspect the craw space to ensure that the ducts are not disconnected (had some concerns that I brought up). They are very friendly and courteous. After the work was completed, they went through the checklist in detail. Our AC unit is showing some age. I appreciate their candid observations on the best options if the need for a new unit comes up. Highly recommend this company. Great job guys! Thanks again!

    • Jack came out to my home today for a heating tune-up and he was awesome!!! He definitely represents your company very well. He was very thorough, very professional and friendly. He explained everything he did, showed us pictures and even a video of every step of what he was doing and I really appreciate that.     • Where to begin? This was to resolve issues with another vendor. The great service started the minute you all answered the phone. Mr. Porter was thorough in explaining code violations (from the previous heater install 1 year ago, other vendors). The install team was there the next day on time, worked non-stop to complete the installation, and provided a thorough overview of work performed and answered all questions from start to finish. Very friendly and business-like in all facets. Already recommended to others in they need service to call One Hour for a quote. Also, with the special that was being run, we saved roughly $2K.

      We got a confirmation call for the appointment as well as the "on the way" call. Josh arrived on time, was polite professional and friendly. He walked me through the entire system inspection, detailed out all the challenges he identified, and highlighted costs ahead of agreeing to any work. Before Josh arrived, our heating system couldn't keep the house above 65 degrees. Less than hour after Josh was done, we were all much warmer in the house.

      On the same day, we were able to have a second team member visit to go over replacement of the system (ours was 13 years old and highly inefficient). Gary (also extremely courteous, professional and friendly) helped identify the parameters of selecting a new system, walked me and my wife through the various options available, and answered every question fully to ensure we were satisfied with our decision. It took less than 15 minutes from our decision to final financing in place and setting up an install date.

      Installation of the new system is tomorrow. So from the first online request for help to a completely new and updated system is barely 4 days, and that could have been faster if we hadn't been out of town for a day. I've not been able to get a service call for anything else in my house that quickly, much less full service like this. Thank you to Josh and Gary for helping us update our home!

      We're extremely happy with how the company took care of us from first phone call to last round of goodbyes after concluding our service call tonight. Highly recommend everyone checks these folks out!
