I was pleased with my service not happy with the pricing due to 4th of July holiday. The first service man Jeff was great and walked us through step by step. He couldn’t fix it that day but we had to setup a return service call for Monday and we got Chandler Volkman when I tell you this young man customer service still were so Awesome Thank You so much. I cannot recommend this team enough. My home has been a major project since the day I got the keys, and when my AC finally gave out—which I was fully expecting—I was worried about being pressured into turning it into a "Frankenstein" system, patching it together with a part here or there just to make it live again. That would have been about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I didn't want to throw good money after bad, and thankfully, I found a team of straight shooters. Most companies I called had a 3-to-5-day wait just to get someone out, followed by another week for an estimate and up to two weeks of "hurry up and wait" before the actual work. Not these guys. They got to me incredibly fast. Jake arrived a day or two after I called and was refreshingly honest. He explained that my old 3-ton unit was basically a glorified paperweight at this point; it hadn't been maintained probably since it was installed (or close to$ and even the cleaning costs would be astronomical just to get it back to baseline. It was undersized for my two-story house and running at 100% effort just to keep up—essentially like a two-pack-a-day smoker trying to run a marathon. It was destined to burn out, and he told me straight up that trying to fix it would be like throwing my hard-earned money into a bonfire. They did offer to attempt to revive the machine, but I wasn't about to take any chances with my "Frankenstein"- we know how that story went. When I asked for a replacement estimate, I was stunned. Their team got here within hours—not days or weeks—and had the estimate ready within an hour, all while I was getting approved for financing. Spencer, who came out to measure and walk me through my options, was great. Not only did he check the paperwork and what the first guy said was wrong but he also listened to my wants and needs and then explained things clearly and worked with me to make sure I could afford the payments without dying a little inside every month. While other companies told me it would take weeks to even get on the schedule, this team had me set to go in less than a week—just 6 days from start to finish! (Edit- it was literally 4 days and I’m up and running as when they got a cancellation the workers showed up- one got stung in the neck by a wasp.. took Benadryl and kept going just to make sure I had my cooling happiness - professional and friendly and funny these guys followed my every need and the suggestions they could- I couldn’t be happier - way to go!) They explained how upgrading to a 3.5-ton heat pump system with proper venting will be a total game-changer. Instead of my old unit struggling for its life, this new machine is actually designed for the job. It’s not just "making" heat like my old electric furnace; it’s moving it efficiently, so it doesn't have to break a sweat to keep my home at a steady, comfortable temperature year-round—no more playing the "turn it down at night, turn it up when you're home" game. My energy bills are going to drop, and I’ll finally stop paying the power company to watch my old unit suffer. To put the value into perspective: I had to replace my septic and water systems last year, and the cost for this new AC and heater unit—which covers both systems—was actually less than what I paid for either of those projects individually. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. Plus, the peace of mind is unmatched with their 5-year parts and labor warranty—if anything goes wrong, I know they’ll actually be there to fix it. Beyond the technical side, the entire crew was professional, funny, and genuinely great people—they were even wonderful with my dogs!
