You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “They are expensive. They charge upfront pricing but are able to use different programs to get the best deal possible.lt started out with a pre-,charge for coming out and looking, but if you book them to do the repair that fee is rolled into the job fee. After some discussion the price came down to closer to what when could do. With help from our son. The job was done, the water is back on in the middle of nowhere, and I could flush the toilet again. The repair looks great, and David was so kind and understanding about my situation. kinda funny tho that *David* was my best friends name in high school, and our youngest son, the one who helped, his name is Benjamin. Like the companies name Benjamin Franklin HVAC and Plumbing .Not cheap but fast, friendly, compassionate and professional. I really do feel the price was wayyyyy over priced. But it was unavoidable as it had to be fixed. So we worked on a price that makes us both ok, signed the work order, and it was done in less than 10 minutes. I am grateful that David was able to help us and no damage done to the well, pump, or hot water heater. So I can say "yes" about calling this group if anyone asks me for recommendations for a plumber. Even funnier? My nephew works for his son in law in plumbing right here in Wilkes County, NC. They would not have responded anywhere as quickly, if at all as they prefer not to work for family. This company treated me great. From the lady who took my call (Heather, the name of a niece lol) to the response time and job done I am pleased.
