I ended up signing up for the maintenance agreement and paid less for that that I would have the actual repair that needed to get done, and the repair was also done while he was here. I appreciate him wearing the foot booties, may not be a huge deal to everyone, but it is nice that they respect your property.

We had a blocked up dryer vent in an older house. Matt did an outstanding job getting the blockage cleared out. It's crazy to see how much lint accumulates over the years. Matt also explained a maintenance plan, which I am looking into. If you own an older home, it's something to think about. Once again, completely professional and outstanding work.

Garry and Dylan were fantastic. They did a great job removing & installing my system. Shane who did the estimate was great as well. He fully explained everything they would do & answered all my questions. They even installed the smart thermostat I bought previously and never got around to putting in. Within the past year we moved our HVAC service contract to One Hour Heat & Air. During a recent semiannual service call our technician Brad noticed some issues with the way our system was installed (by another company) and the UV germicidal light we purchased with same installation was not installed. Brad completed the service call and we scheduled to have the corrections made and UV light installed today. Brad contacted me prior to arrival and completed the job in a timely manner. Brad did an excellent job! For our semi-annual maintenance check, he checked all the units upstairs and down and we got a good report. He also went far above the job and offered to help me with an issue I had with the attic fold down stairs to get to the upstairs heating unit; the rope to pull it down broke and he fixed it with a better/stronger replacement. Also I needed 3 air filters replaced in the house (I already had the filters needed) and he took care of those, too! He’s a great guy and exceptional reminder why we picked OneHour for our HVAC needs. Thanks, Brad!
