I had an outstanding experience with One Hour Heating & Cooling, and Brad was fantastic! Brad was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood my options and what needed to be done. His knowledge and patience immediately put me at ease. He worked efficiently, completed the job quickly and accurately, and showed great attention to detail throughout the entire process. It's not often you find someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service so well. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and the respect he showed in my home. I would absolutely use One Hour Heating & Cooling again and would recommend Brad to anyone needing heating and cooling services. If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose One Hour Heating & Cooling every time!

One Hour Air come out yesterday to repair our air conditioner we were charged nearly $1000 for two separate parts unrelated to each other. Our issue was the air would work sporadically if turning it off for 30 minutes it would work again but only for a short time. The tech guy said those parts were the problem, he installed new parts, turned it on and it worked but for the same short 30 minute window of time and quit again. But the tech was long gone after we discovered the problem had not been fixed at all. Hottest time of summer trying to sleep in 88 degrees inside was not fun. It’s Friday afternoon I called the office back asking for them to return but was told no one could come till Monday and we would have to go the whole weekend. I was very upset just spent $1000 on parts I didn’t need and the unit was still broken. I called back again on their emergency repair number Saturday morning this time I was not so calm and asked very strongly to speak with the manager. I would not accept anything but their immediate return to fix it. Fortunately the company did respond and scheduled another tech to come out Brad Buttrum came out Saturday afternoon and I told him exactly what was happening he immediately knew what the problem was. He asked to go up in the attic to check the blower and the tubing for water to drain. Turns out the tubing was clogged completely up and was not secured properly to the unit in attic. The first tech never even checked the unit upstairs let alone any of the drainage pvc pipes. Brad showed me the clogged pipes there was so much debris packed in there only drops of water could get through. As soon as he unclogged it, it appeared like several gallons of water came bursting through. That was it that was the only issue. It fixed everything immediately. If you decide to use One Hour Heating and Air ask for Brad Buttrum.! He did not charge me for anything that day. It was 98 degrees and the attic was at least 110 but Brad not only went up there but took the time to inspect and fix it. That’s my story you can draw your own conclusions….. Brad was honest, open and transparent and exhibited a willingness to go the second mile to make sure things were done right without charging for items not needed. Brad has restored my confidence in One Hour Heat & Air I will definitely use them again as needed but I will ask for Brad Buttrum ONLY. Choosing the right company is important but choosing the right person you can trust and feel comfortable with has become my new protocol as well.

John came to me & my sister’s house today in Hamilton Park & did an excellent job! He was very polite & thorough & went above & beyond our expectations. John was very knowledgeable about the company & told us beforehand what all he was going to do. I’d definitely recommend John & the entire company to all of my family & friends. He without a doubt gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you John for the great job!

He contacted us promptly and made arrangements to come look and give us a bid. He called while on the way here. He got here exactly on time as planned. He took measurements of our existing Lennox. It's 27 yrs old! It's been great but it's time for a new one. He gave us a bid on 2 new similar heat pumps. He explained all the differences between our unit and the two new ones. He listened to what we were looking for. He was very personable and polite. He answered all of our questions.

I can’t brag enough on Kaleb Meredith and Joe Gallistel in our repairs today. Their arrival was nothing but professional and respectful. Found the opportunity within the unit then followed a solution within a timely manner. From Troubleshooting to Problem solving an hour within my home and they were done. Quick, efficient, and most of all customer satisfaction at its finest. By going above and beyond to reduce the noise also while being called for a different reason. We greatly appreciate Kaleb and Joe here at the Isom residence. Forever one hour heat and air for the win! 🥇
