“Individual technicians are respectful, ontime, and knowledgeable. Bounced around various AC companies for annual preventive maintenance for my 12 year unit over the years. All said the same thing "your unit works but you should consider replacement due to age and that It is out of warranty" of course there were other recommendations and concerns given based off probability. Needless to say last November 2024 I had the whole AC system replaced by One hour to prevent my family from having to deal with a system failure in the middle of a heatwave and based of the recommendation of one hour to ensure longevity and peace of mind. And of course it will be covered under "Warranty ". I was a happy camper. 11 months since the new install and its not cooling. Refrigerant leaked out. Brand new system has such a big leak it dumped 8 lbs within 3hrs. One hour provides 24 hr emergency services. I need the evaporator coil replaced, its triple digit weather in houston. Its Saturday when it went out, the tech determined the issue at 8pm. Left house under the impression it was a small leak, unfortunately it was not. Reached out to notify one hour the severity of the issue. I was told t9 call back in the morning. Called sunday morning and was told Parts department closed on Sunday. Around 8pm on sunday night i receive a phone call that I had to wait until Monday to know if parts are in stock and get scheduled for a repairand that an email was sent on my behalf based off my concern. I replaced a working unit with minor issues, and at that time scheduling was wide open with parts available same day or next. Now the "warranty " coverage comes into play, the item my old unit didn't have. Sunday night no repair scheduled or update on parts. House reads 91 degrees. Warranty doesn't cover hotels , window units, fans, or take in consideration of people. So im indifferent about it all. Frustrating as it may be they answered the phone everytime no matter the time of the day. Monday came and the part was located and they had the installers out in the afternoon. So with all that happened I can say Im glad they answered the call and though it wasn't on my time expectations (which is like fix it now!!) One hour got it done.”
