"We had an amazing experience with one hour! Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in getting our system diagnosed and replaced. He came out first thing in the morning and had a brand new system inside and out installed same day! Our home has never been so cool! They came recommended to us and we will definitely recommend them moving forward"

"One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Katie was prompt in reaching out to get a service appointment scheduled for me the same day! My HVAC technician Winston was superb and did a great job! He arrived on time and figured out the cause of my issue at hand in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He explained everything in a way that my husband and I could understand and went over repair options with us! I highly recommend this company and Winston."

"Our house wasn’t cooling all night & was at 86 Degrees when I woke up this morning. I called one hour & Chris booked my call right away & was very helpful on updating me when I was next to be serviced. Once my technician arrived I was very pleased with the professionalism & knowledge Mr Joe Ramos has. He was very honest, on time & worked quickly when fixing our unit & would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC technician. Even my pet pig liked him & wouldn’t stop following him around :) I’m very proud of this company & can very much tell they put their customers FIRST ! Hats off to one hour & especially AWESOME JOB JOSE RAMOS!!"

"One hour air & heating took care of us right away. From the technician who diagnosed the issue to the installation team. They were all very detailed and respectful not only to us but to our home. Every one of them wore shoe covers to enter our home each time. The installation team laid down drapes from the front door to the attic to catch any debris coming from the parts that were replaced. I could feel my home getting cool right as they were finishing up. Thank y'all for doing such a great job."
