"Our power went out during hurricane Beryl. We started our generator that we have had for years but for some reason, our AC compressor would not run. I tried all my troubleshooting tricks and made the decision to call One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating of Houston. They were true to their name and scheduled a very fast appointment. My technician, Thomas arrived and was able to troubleshoot and get our system running, for a very reasonable cost. It began to rain while he was working and was patient enough to wait for the storm to quit so he could get us online. He didn’t just leave at that point. He took the time to check the rest of our system and make sure we were in good shape. I will definitely call you again if I need help. Follow up: after the power returned, I contacted One Hour again to have the system verified. Anthony did a great job getting our system up to speed. Thank you for the quick response."
