“Today my home was visited for the heating unit. That service guy Erick, was a jewel with a very warm and pleasant personality. He took the time to explain all his finds and gave us a wonderful report. The only problem is…. We did not have carbon detectors and he really pushed the concern(well because we have an older unit). And no, he didn’t try to sell us a new unit. One Hour Heating and AC, you couldn’t have sent a better person out. Before he finished in the attic, he took the time and looked for my Christmas tree😊 for me. That’s really saying something about a person who has been trained to do his job and taught respect. Continue to be the SUPER guy you are Erick and happy holidays”

“I called one hour air-conditioning and heating because the outside fan did not turn off when the air conditioner shut off. It would only turn off if I shut down the breaker. They had a technician, Weston, come out to my house that every day. He was very thorough in his inspection and showed me different things about the air conditioner and explained exactly what he thought was going on. He was very thoughtful and kind and even joked around with us a little bit. Fortunately for us, the issue was a quick, simple fix and we only paid the travel fee or show fee, whatever it’s called. I will definitely call this company again for any future needs for my air conditioner heater. Five out of five stars!”
