“The crew of three arrived on time, introduced themselves. Jesus explained what was going to happen and about how long an install typically takes to finish a furnace and AC install, asked if I had any questions. Jesus, Tyler and Josh went to work immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about how respectful they were to my home, how professional each of them were. They got finished in a really good time. They cleaned up everything. To be honest I couldn't tell they had even been here. Jesus explained what type of furnace and AC was installed. I was given the whole breakdown the day prior by Chad who came out for my estimate. His explanation was perfect so I already knew what was going to happen. I have been through 4 winters in this home and up until 2/27/26 my downstairs living space has never had heat, has never been warm. I am here to say that not only is my lower level warm it is actually hot. I am more than happy with my new system. The crew took good care of me. They all represented One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning very very well. Good job fellas! Now I can't wait to try out my new AC this summer!!!!”

“Brayton came out to assess our heating issue. He was able to answer any questions I had. He was professional and very informative. Chad came out to get measurements and estimates on replacement costs for both furnace and AC. He came up with a price of $16,200, which we thought was very reasonable. He was able to walk us through the financing and got us a payment that worked for us. Then Jason and Raul came out for the replacement of our old system. All in all great work from all. We are very appreciative as the temps have been below 20. I called on Sunday afternoon and had a technician at our door at 8 am Monday morning. Thanks again to everyone involved in helping us solve the issue. I will recommend One Hour heating and cooling to anyone who needs their services.”

“Roy was experienced and very knowledgeable. I liked his work ethic. He and Sam worked together well installing the furnace and thermostat. Roy showed me the filter and how to change it and gave a demo on the thermostat. I appreciated that as my old one was 29 years old and a relic. Both Roy and Sam were friendly and professional. I am in sticker shock from the price of the furnace but very impressed and satisfied with the installation. I am warm again! Thank you Roy and Sam.”

“Our heating went out right before the coldest week of the year, and we called late at night and One Hour was out the next morning for evaluation and repair. While it was unfortunate our system ended up being over 20 years old and needed replacement, the representative from One Hour explained multiple options and was never pushy to what decision we should make. He was very informative, answered all of our questions with zero pressure and was very friendly. The very next day other individuals arrived right at the time that was estimated to complete the new install. The people that came worked efficiently, quietly, and did a thorough installation. Our new system looks great, and the team stayed to talk us through all the features we needed to know. Overall, I’m very impressed with this company and service. Needing to get this type of equipment replaced is not fun, but they made it as painless as possible. Thank you!”
