It was an extremely cold day with 12 inches of snow that had just fallen and to be out in our garage for the install wasn’t ideal but they got us back up and running in just a few hours. They were meticulous and did not rush but were efficient and made sure they took time to explain anything we needed to know. They worked long hours so we were not inconvenienced and they kept us informed about arrival times. We have used them for other installations and routine services for years. “Brayton came out to assess our heating issue. He was able to answer any questions I had. He was professional and very informative. Chad came out to get measurements and estimates on replacement costs for both furnace and AC. He came up with a price of $16,200, which we thought was very reasonable. He was able to walk us through the financing and got us a payment that worked for us. Then Jason and Raul came out for the replacement of our old system. All in all great work from all. We are very appreciative as the temps have been below 20. I called on Sunday afternoon and had a technician at our door at 8 am Monday morning. Thanks again to everyone involved in helping us solve the issue. I will recommend One Hour heating and cooling to anyone who needs their services.”
