“Romaney was fantastic. After determining that the problem was located in the compressor, it didn't take him long to pinpoint the problem as a leak caused by something the factory did when they installed the coil in the cabinet of the compressor. He was very thorough in his answers to my questions, and look forward to his or another technicians return visit with the new coil next week.”

He managed to make it to my place on very short notice and provided a prompt, competent, and comprehensive solution to the issue I was having in the middle of the summer in the midst of extremely hot and humid days. He is clearly highly knowledgeable, clever, and proactive in the manner that he addresses challenges.
