“Brayton came out to assess our heating issue. He was able to answer any questions I had. He was professional and very informative. Chad came out to get measurements and estimates on replacement costs for both furnace and AC. He came up with a price of $16,200, which we thought was very reasonable. He was able to walk us through the financing and got us a payment that worked for us. Then Jason and Raul came out for the replacement of our old system. All in all great work from all. We are very appreciative as the temps have been below 20. I called on Sunday afternoon and had a technician at our door at 8 am Monday morning. Thanks again to everyone involved in helping us solve the issue. I will recommend One Hour heating and cooling to anyone who needs their services.”

“Roy was experienced and very knowledgeable. I liked his work ethic. He and Sam worked together well installing the furnace and thermostat. Roy showed me the filter and how to change it and gave a demo on the thermostat. I appreciated that as my old one was 29 years old and a relic. Both Roy and Sam were friendly and professional. I am in sticker shock from the price of the furnace but very impressed and satisfied with the installation. I am warm again! Thank you Roy and Sam.”
