Jose did an excellent job in repairing our AC. He had the knowledge to understand the issue and the experience to perform a quick repair. The defective component was on hand and the repair took less than an hour in total. Darren was our technician for our appointment. He was timely, kind and most importantly - professional. He took the time to listen to our concern as well as explain what he saw as he inspected our issue - which turned out to be a problem caused by the builders of our new home, so his recommendation wasn’t immediately charging us to have them fix everything, but to reach out to warranty because it is likely covered. The trip fee was our only charge for this visit and considering the time he took to explain everything as well as how thorough he was with his inspection we felt the cost was appropriate. We will use this company again in the future and recommend to others.
