“I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He truly cared about my concerns and addressed any questions I had. The day of my install he followed up with me to make sure his install guys arrived on time and wanted to make sure he had the correct names on the warranty paperwork. He also had dropped off space heaters for the days that I was without heat! Nothing but praise worthy things to say about Sam! Logan and Kirby did a fantastic job installing my furnance and air conditioner! They were professional and left behind no messes. Logan showed me had to work my brand new fancy thermostat which I really appreciated. Logan also replaced one of my old breakers free of charge. During the install the Install Manager stop by to make sure everything was going good and on-time which again just proved to me I made the right choice by choosing One Hour Heating and Cooling! I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling! I will be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs!”

“Javier was amazing! He was very professional, personal and passionate about what he was doing. He not only fixed our problem the same day, but he made our furnace run at a more efficient and effective way and the way it was designed to. He switched the heat to come out into two stages instead of just the one that it had been set at for years. Javier even took the time to explain everything he was doing during the process. “We've been using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for 15+ years now and have always been impressed with their service. Their staff is always very professional, down-to-earth, and friendly. Explaining what they're doing, why they're doing it, and can walk you through any potential issues, providing their personal opinion, and a variety of options on how to move forward if a problem does exist. In this particular instance, we had a few failing parts on one of our furnaces. Both were expensive to replace, and we were told that other components may fail in the near future as the furnace was 15+ years old. They offered the option of replacing the entire unit rather than just replacing the two parts, which was only a bit more expensive and seemed like the right move, considering the new unit would be under warranty. In addition to that, we found that our chimney liner (which is where the exhaust runs through, then out of the house) had become disconnected and that the exhaust was just leaking into the brick chimney and not exiting the house properly. They told me that they might have to install a new liner, which was an additional cost, but that the previous one looked good in their opinion, and they thought they might be able to reattach. I thought for sure this would be an added cost, but they were able to utilize the existing one, and did not charge me for parts and labor of installing a new one. I believe a less trustworthy company might have installed a new one anyway in able to charge more and increase their margin. I truly feel like they have our best interests in mind, as I've always found them to be trustworthy, as they are never trying to oversell or overcharge, in my opinion. Kirby Alaimo and the rest of the crew that did the install were incredibly friendly and helpful! I would recommend this company/service to anyone! Very happy with their continued service. -B”

“One Hour has serviced our HVAC system for a number of years and our experience with the company has been excellent. Each of the many technicians has been professional, knowledgable, respectful, and always clearly explains everything thoroughly. We also recently had our old HVAC system replaced by One Hour and can’t say enough of how well it went. Tristen was superb and walked us through various options, asking good questions to help justify our decisions on the right components for our needs, and without any pressure. Kirby led the team on the installation. He was fantastic, kept us well informed of everything from beginning to end, and made sure to engage us on any decisions or questions. The new system works great and even has a few extra features that make it easy to use and ensures our comfort all day, every day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result!”
