The company we used to use said they couldn't be here for at least 24 hours, but it could be up to 3 days. I called 1 hour heating and cooling and Kevin was at our house less than an hour later. Kevin was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. He then took the time to fully inspect all parts of the system. Then he fully explained his findings and ways to prevent a future issue. Overall the service was great, fast, and reasonably priced.”
