I have not had many good experiences with One Hour with not getting a call back and waiting long periods of time to get answers for service, etc. that’s why I’m no longer a member but having to get my filter for my furnace only through one hour I had no choice. “Anthony was great and was a pleasure to be around. He has a great disposition and even helped me fix a door I was working on! He identified an issue with our unit that was costing us a ton of money each month and fixed it. Apparently, our heat pump had never been programmed to work which was installed by another company.”

“My A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called in Friday morning to schedule an appointment with One Hour. Brandon arrived Friday afternoon to assess and give me several options. He explained each one in detail and didn't push me in my decision making. Keep in mind, my heating and cooling unit was 26 years old. I decided to go with the best option available, especially since they offered payment plans. Saturday morning, bright and early, Cameron and Sedric arrived. Without hesitation, they got straight to work, removing my old units, cleaning all my duct work (which has never been done) and prepping for the new units going in. Sedric and Cameron put me at ease with their professional approach and attitude during the entire job. After working tirelessly all day, I now have a brand new, updated, top of the line heating and cooling system, with a great warranty and a piece of mind.
