“Pedro, Aaron and this entire team was fantastic! Pedro came out at 7 PM on a Friday to help fix our AC which was not cooling, he was honest and clear in the issue and let me know he was doing his best to get us the best price possible. He even gave me his personal number so he could coordinate himself with our landlord. While our landlord coordinated with the One Hour team, Aaron remained in close contact with us, providing us with updates every step of the way. While we waited for a new unit to be installed, Pedro came by on a Sunday morning to drop off a portable unit for us. First thing Monday, the One Hour team was back here installing an entire new unit, for almost 8 total hours. I cannot recommend this team and this company enough - they truly saved us!!!”
