I was given consistent communication around my appointment. I was also given information ahead of the day of my appointment when my service would happen and then I was also communicated with when the technician was on their way, plus when they arrived to my home. Speaking from someone that works from home and is on regular back-to-back meetings this was so helpful! It was really great to have Andy out for our maintenance… He was friendly, very knowledgeable and overall the service was fantastic! Andy even was patient with our very friendly (and furry!) dog!
