We had Alex & Andy from One Hour at our house yesterday to clean our ducts and do some routine maintenance on our hvac. Both were great! They knew what they were doing and were happy to talk about my system with me. Would definitely have them back out.

I called a few days ago with some questions about the services they offer and Rob picked up on the second ring. Incredibly helpful and amazingly articulate. He took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything as precisely as possible. I almost never leave reviews, but I wanted to give him a shout out because great customer service is seriously hard to come by. If that’s how they handle their phones, I know I’ll be in good hands when it’s time to have someone come out… though hopefully that doesn’t happen anytime soon lol.
